Easy Chicken Pot Pie

by Ally Harding, 8:57 PM
I love to make this chicken pot pie if I don't know what to make for dinner and don't feel like spending a ton of money on food. My aunt aka Shelby's mother in law, gave me this recipe. It always tastes delicious and takes no time to prepare and make.

Easy Chicken Pot Pie

2 frozen pie crusts 9 inch
2 cups of chicken ( I use rotisserie chicken)
2  10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables
Add salt and pepper to your liking

1. Take the frozen pie crusts out of the freezer and let them sit out and thaw some.
2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
3. Mix the chicken, cream of chicken soup, and frozen mixed vegetables in a sauce pan on medium.
4. Add the mixture to one of the pie crusts.
5. Top with top pie crust and pinch sides closed.
6. Bake in the oven for 45-60 min until top of pie is golden brown.

If the sides of the pie crust start to brown too fast you can put tin foil on them.

I'm off to Disney bright and early tomorrow morning!
Have a good weekend!
