We didn't have a super busy weekend. Friday, Theo and I went to eat at Bushidos which is a Japanese sushi restaurant right by our house. It was actually featured on "Man vs Food" a few years ago. They have a sushi challenge called The Seppuku Challenge. Which in layman's terms means The Spicy Tuna Sushi Roll Challenge. Don't worry we've never done the challenge nor do we have any interest to. We did see a group of guys drinking milk and we both said "why are those guys over there drinking milk at a sushi restaurant?" Then we realized they were doing the challenge.

After Bushido, Theo went to see Elysium with his friends and I came back home to hang out with my best girlfriend.

Saturday we went to Jackson's Second Birthday party. Heather, his mom, went with a Curious George theme so it was very cute.
Heather and I were twins.

Jackson waiting to blow out his candle.

After Jackson's party we rushed home to change and grabbed some food I made then headed to my cousin's house for a family get together. The get together was Luau theme so I made Hawaiian Baked Beans and Maui Onion Dip. Of course I didn't take pictures of any of the food. Let me just say Maui onions are impossible to find here. I know they're from Maui so maybe they are just a West Coast thing. I literally called Earth fare, Whole Foods and Trader Joes looking for some damn Maui onions and not a single store had them. So I had to use Vidalia onions which was fine.

After my cousin's party I once again rushed home and changed and headed downtown to go out with some girls. I met them out on East Bay Street and we just bar hopped till the bars closed.

So that was my weekend. Nothing too crazy and sadly no shopping this weekend :( Trust me the shakes are kicking in!
