I first want to say how happy I am Chrissy Teigen and John Legend finally got married! I know everyone knows who John Legend is, but Chrissy is his long time model girlfriend who's gorgeous and hilarious. I've been following Chrissy on Twitter for awhile now and love her no filter personality. Anyways, she and John got engaged around the same time Theo and I did, December 2011, and finally got married this weekend in Italy. I think they are the cutest couple and John is my "brother" crush if you know what I mean.
I forgot to mention we're BFF's. She made some comment about Jessica Alba being drop dead gorgeous and being such a good friend I told her she's just as pretty
They've released a few pics from their wedding and Chrissy looked gorgeous as always.
Ok, on to what's really important
Don't you hate having a purse that's just a big black hole? You're at the cashier trying to find your wallet and it's taking forever and there's a long line of people staring at your "like hurry the F up woman, and get a new bag you can find stuff in!" This is everyday for me. I knew I had to put an end to this madness so I looked up Purse Organizers and read some reviews and decided to order the Chameleon Handbag Organizer. I really needed it for my Louis Vuitton Speedy 30. It tells you on the website which size to order for which bag, you might also have to measure your bag just in case too. I got the "extra large structured" because I hated how my Speedy was getting leather crease marks from the sagging. I got the purse organizer in the mail yesterday and love it!
This is the Extra Large Structured and it was actually on Close Out so I got it for $13!
Sorry for the crappy picture but I was trying to show what it looks like inside my purse. It fits very nicely in and has around 8 or 9 pockets so I can always find what I'm looking for quick. The other cool thing is I can pop it out and place it in a new purse when I'm ready to switch purses.
It also gives my purse some structure
See all those creases at the bottom? That's from it sagging. Now no more sagging!
I've been really wanting some cute, easy to throw on, can be dressed up or down dresses to wear with booties for Fall. I was going through my closet and I think I have one. I always check out the "Girl on A Budget" section on Piperlime where everything is under $100.
I see the word "sweatshirt" and the ding ding ding starts to go off. This dress looks so comfy and would be gorgeous with a pop of color necklace.
This dress is a little over $100, but oh man is it cute! It comes in black too but I love this sangria color.
This is exactly what I'm looking for! It looks so comfy and perfect to throw on and go! I'm sure this will be making it self a home in my closet very soon!
If only this dress was a smidge longer it would be perfect. I think I could probably get away with flats but not booties.
I think I'm going to check out these dresses at J. Crew Factory this weekend. They're both sold out online but I'm hoping they're still in stock at the store.
I really need some new neutral flats this year. I always try to get a new pair every year because I just don't feel like they last too long. Maybe I'm just not buying the right pair.
I never got on the Tory Burch Reva flat train. They've just always been too sorority girl to me and not to mention you see them everywhere. My opinions kind of changed lately and if I'm going to want to buy a good pair of flats I'm thinking maybe I need to look into the uber expensive Tory flats.
I really like this pair and how they would go with black or brown. They're on sale too and have great reviews. They also look a little more comfortable than the typical Reva ones which look hard and too structured to me.
I love this Madewell pair and animal print is always a neutral. They're also much cheaper then TB's flats. They have great reviews too.
I've been wanting a pair of Frye boots forever because how what great quality boots they are. I can only imagine their flats hold up just as well.
Do you guys have any neutral everyday flats that you recommened?
Oh my goodness I love everything about this post!
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, ever since you told me about purse organizers I've been dying to get one! Isn't this just the best idea ever?
I also am in love with that grey sweatshirt dress. Wow.
And I love love love the Tory Burch flats! I really want a pair! I don't mind that they're everywhere.... that's never stopped me from buying something. I think you should get them :) They will look pretty with so many things!
Now please stop turning making me turn your obsessions into obsessions of mine! Haha I always want to buy a bunch of stuff after reading your posts!

Chrissy tweeting with you?!! Girl you are practically a celebrity yourself ;)
ReplyDeleteI love Chrissy!! She has the most endearing personality. Happy Wednesday, dear!
ReplyDeleteIsn’t That Charming.
Chrissy is the best. I'd totally take a pic of her response, too! Love the sangria dress and the Madwell flats (they are probably more comfy than their twins I have from Gap).
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that Olive & Oak striped sweater dress. It looks SO comfy, and is super cute.
ReplyDeleteSo many cute finds!! I've heard the Caroline TBs are really comfy because of the elastic edge around the rim. :)
ReplyDeleteThe TB Caroline's are so much more comfortable than the Revas and stay on your feet better. Do it!
ReplyDeleteShe is a hottie! Congrats to them! You also turned me on to her blog, which is great :)

Her dress!! I absolutely love Banana Republic flats which are so comfortable! In NY I also bought a pair of Lucky Brand flats (so random) out of pure necessity. My wedges were killing my feet!! Simple but cute and comfortable (http://www.luckybrand.com/emmie-flats/884884427647.html#start=27&cgid=shoes-women-flats)
ReplyDeleteI had absolutely no idea who she was until this post, she's beautiful! And I've always loved John Legend.
