Friday Randoms

by Ally- Life as I know it, 8:28 AM
Happy Friday! Isn't this entry way just dreamy? It would make your ceiling look 15 feet tall. I'm heading to lunch at Butcher & Bee for the first time today. I can't wait I've been dying to try it. I'm on call this weekend so I'm trying to make the most of my one day off. What have you got planned this weekend?

~By now I'm sure everyone has heard of GOMI. Maybe you've even browsed it. I'm not going to lie I have. If not, it's a site for random people, who have nothing better to do with their time, to bash bloggers. I read an article this week interviewing the founder of GOMI and it was pretty interesting to say the least. Check it out for yourself.

~We played a game last weekend called Head's Up

It's by Ellen DeGeneres and it's like the game she plays on her show where she puts a word on top of her head and the guest has to give her clues so she can guess it. The game was played as an app you can buy for your phone. You can also purchase more categories. We all had a lot of fun playing it. It's a great game to play with a big group.

~Looking for a movie to see this weekend, check out Wish I Was Here.

Theo and I saw it a few weeks ago and both thought it was pretty good. It's kind of like Zach Braff's other movie Garden State but as if the main character had kids and got married.

~It wasn't until my husband pointed it out to me that I finally got over my denial about having cellulite. Cellulite isn't sexy! Luckily I found this article about how to get rid of cellulite. Or at least disguise it. Those lumpy dimples are genetic unfortunately.

Have a great weekend!

  1. I LOVE that first picture. I have an unhealthy obsession with blue and white stripes so it's right up my alley. The veggie plate at Butcher and Bee is delicious - but I think you'll be set with anything you order, it's all great!

  2. Oh you'll have to tell me if you like B&B! I've heard good things! That game sounds fun! While I think GOMI is pathetic, she does have a point about the money aspect of it. Glad I don't plan on quitting my day job! haha See y'all tonight!
