If there's one thing I'm happy about, although I still wore them anyways, it's that Turtleneck Sweaters are back in style! I just love how cozy and comfy they are during the cooler months. They're so easy to wear too, pair with them a pair of skinny jeans and booties and you're good to go. They also look awesome with leggings, just make sure your back side and lady parts are covered up.
Not cute
I know turtlenecks are totally Grandma but I've always thought they were flattering on anyone and I don't think I can own enough.
I'll take one of each please:
Do you like the Turtleneck trend or is too 1980's?
I feel a little constrained in turtle necks - like I"m suffocating but I like the looser ones - like that piperlime one you have!!
ReplyDeleteohhh i love love these slouchy turtlenecks! will it ever be cool enough in charleston to wear them?! xo jillian - cornflake dreams
ReplyDeleteI kind of want every single one of these! I love turtlenecks as well-- even the more traditional ones!
ReplyDeleteI love turtleneck sweaters! That Vince one is fabulous but that Tinley Road is way more wallet friendly. Of course I always want the expensive one :)
ReplyDeleteLove the first one! So cozy.
ReplyDeleteAh that Piperlime one looks SO comfy! Love all of them though, good finds! And that first photo is so terrible.. haha
ReplyDeleteI am loving the cow neck kind of turtle necks this year - just like your first amazing option!! They are less fitted around the neck and oh so feminine!
ReplyDeleteThe sanctuary one is really pretty. I'll have to give them another shot. I always felt like I was choking when I wore them haha
ReplyDeleteAnything that is more cowl neck than turtleneck definitely catches my eye! Chicks like that one in the pic are the reason we can't wear leggings to work anymore on casual Friday. Damn them.
ReplyDeleteYeah I'm super excited about these turtleneck sweaters too!! I just ordered the oversize turtleneck shirt from JCrew and I'm obsessed with it. I want it in every color. Its nice and long so it covers my bootie in skinny jeans.
ReplyDeleteAgreed!! I got an awesome turtleneck tunic sweatshirt from Target last year and I practically lived in it! I just looked on their website and sadly don't see it again for this year - I wish I would've bought more colors!
ReplyDeletethey look so good!! but i can't do the tight ones- i feel claustrophobic! but a loose one- love it!
ReplyDeleteLove these, especially the Vince ones!!

I love these sweaters, especially the second but have such a round face I'm not sure I could pull it off! That first picture is awful, leggings are not pants! Hope you having a great week!
ReplyDeleteTurtlenecks always remind me of skiing and layering those awful white turtlenecks into my ski outfit but I do love the look of the first one....more relaxed and almost scarf like :)
ReplyDeletei love turtlenecks! and good lord that first picture is horrid. what not to do!
ReplyDeleteI like looser turtlenecks, like cowl necks I think they are called... but like a cross between cowl and turtleneck.
