Two Years

Today is our two year wedding anniversary and I just can't believe it. Sometimes I think I'm still my high school self and everything I've done since then was all a dream. We've been together for 9 years total this month which is also crazy.

We had our wedding in December for the sole fact we couldn't have it any time between August-November (damn football!!). I had my heart set on an October or November wedding but according to Theo that wasn't happening. December worked out anyways because we met in December 2005 and got engaged in December 2011, so December had some sentiment to us. I didn't want to go too crazy with a Christmas theme but I did stick to red dresses for the bridesmaids and had a few Christmas decorations for the rehearsal. I even made ornaments as our wedding favor. Looking back I was very happy with a Christmas wedding but I do always get a little sad when I see beautiful outdoor pictures taken in April or May.

Weddings are funny because you wait your whole life to have one, you spend months, even years planning it, then it comes and you stress the whole day, then it's over and you hope to never here the words "What color?" again. I enjoyed my wedding so much, maybe even a little too much, thanks bartender, but I hope to never have another one! It's too much stress for 4 hours of your life.

Here's a little recap of our wedding:

And that's a wrap! You can tell by that last picture we had some fun and paid for it the next day.

Happy 2 years Theo!! Love you more than you'll ever know!
