5 Things I'm Loving

I've talked about Tom and Sheri's Iron in a Bottle on my Instagram but never on here. If you're tired of ironing or if you're like me and used to just cycle clothes through the dryer to get the wrinkles out- you need this!
We use this spray every single day. Theo uses it for work clothes mostly and I use it for the kid's clothes that I have to air dry which also means they're full of wrinkles. I've found it works best if you spray your clothes a few hours or even the night before so you aren't rushed and walking out of the house with wet clothes. I try to always buy products that are "clean" and aside from the scent this spray has, it has very minimal ingredients. I can't recommend this spray enough!

Speaking of kids clothes, I feel like I spend 25% of my life trying to get stains out of their clothes! That's probably an exaggeration but I know I'm trying to get a stain out of something of theirs- or mine!- just about every day. I've gone through so many different stain removers and they all had pros and cons, until I found Puracy Natural Stain Remover. It works SO well at getting stains out, it's so easy to apply- I spray it on then use an old toothbrush to really scrub it in. I'll let it sit on set in stains overnight. For fresh stains I've found I can spray it on and it let it sit for 10-15 min then wash like normal, and the stains are out. You can buy it from Amazon but I usually pick up a bottle at Target.

If you're a protein powder drinker then you know how hard it is to find one that doesn't taste chalky, doesn't have overkill of stevia taste, and isn't insanely expensive. I decided to try Orgain's Organic Plant Protein Powder in Creamy Chocolate Fudge and it's delicious. It does have stevia in it but you can't taste it and has zero taste of chalk. It actually tastes like you're adding cocoa powder to your smoothie. I was really impressed because I think the Vanilla flavor is disgusting.

I recently fell in love with Biologigue Recherche skincare products. They're a French brand started in the 1970's and their products are strictly just the active ingredients. They have zero fragrance so everything has a very interesting smell and they have no water or fillers in them. They've actually been a "clean" brand way before clean became popular! I started using the P50 Toner, then the Placenta Serum, then Cream Dermopurifiante and have been blown away by everything. They've all done wonders for my acne prone skin and have lightened acne scars and made my skin tone more even. I've been dying to try their Masque Vivant- they claim if you use it at least 2 times week, you'll never age. I'm trying to hold off from getting Botox as long as I can! Anyways, so I used the mask and I have to say, the next day I really did feel like my skin had more glow, acne scars were less visible, and my skin texture seemed to be smoother. I buy their products from Rescue Spa. You have to make an account and get a login to see the prices. You can also contact Rescue Spa to get a personalized skin care recommendation from an esthetician. You aren't committed to buying a thing if you do this, just buy what you want, or don't!

I am loving the wide leg pant trend right now. I really don't fall for fashion fads often but I just find these jeans to be so flattering- on everybody. I now own a pair of denim wide leg jeans and a pair of white ones. I found them both on sale which was another selling point. I think they'll be great into the fall, too.
