Spicy Banana Chocolate Smoothie

I wanted to pop in and share a delicious smoothie I made up recently. I know I mentioned it before but I fast for around 12- 14 hours each day then drink a Fab Four smoothie around 9-10 am.  See how the formula works here  The smoothie keeps me full and satisfied until lunch. I can't recommend the Fab Four smoothie enough! They're also perfect for life right now since you can buy everything in bulk and it'll last for weeks. I buy big bags of frozen broccoli from Costco, along with chia seeds, flax seeds, and olive oil. The protein powder is from there as well, so is the almond milk. You get the idea! 

Spicy Banana Chocolate Smoothie

1 handful frozen broccoli- you could use any greens
1 Serving of protein powder- my go-to is Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge, SO delicious!
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 frozen banana- fresh would work too!
Dash of cayenne to your liking
2 cups almond milk

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
